Actual Valentines Day

Bojangles made Boberrys in the shape of a heart.  Well, of course we had to go!  

Jeff left his girls some flowers and tasty chocolates before he left for work.

Lucy's class does a little Valentine exchange.  I got these little bags and put a yummy cookie inside.  I am sure all the other parents love that I give a super sugary cookie with icing.

 Lando went with us to school this morning.  When I came back out to put Macy in her seat this is what I found.  And he would not move.  I had to put Macy in Lucy car seat.  What a nut

Party Time

We had a little party for Macy at our house.  Our family and friends came for the celebration.  We had lunch which was chili, white chicken chili and some yummy cornbread.  What an easy way to feed a large group of people.

 The night before my parents came in town.  They took the girls out to eat so Jeff and I got to go on a date!  What?!  We don't even know what those are these days!

 So glad we got one of her smiling because two seconds later she was crying!  She did not want any cake which is really odd for Macy because she loves sweets.  She ended up sick the next week so I guess that explains why she was unhappy.

Macy loves baby dolls.  She carries them all over the place.  She is such a happy girl.  Always smiling and wrinkling up that nose

I can't believe that Miss Macy is already 1!!  It seems like yesterday I was waiting for a bed to become available at the hospital.  It has been such a fun year playing with my baby girl.  While Macy was napping Lucy and I made cupcakes for her.  

 I am sure everyone wants to come to our house for cake!!

14 days of Valentines

This year for Valentines I decided to do something a little different.  Of course I cannot take credit for this idea and found it on pinterest.  Starting on February 1st I had a different treat for Jeff.  How cute is this?
