9 Months!

TJ came over to play one afternoon and of course I had to snap some pictures.

 I have no idea how this started but they thought it was hilarious

 I made corn muffins for dinner the other night.  Macy grabbed one and this is what she did with it.  I had no idea this muffin could make so many crumbs

 Yep, she ate it off the floor!

 I was walking through the living room and this what I see!!  I love that she is wearing a mask while watching Caillou.  She's funny because she calls the mask spider man.

 The first weekend in November, Wrightsville Beach was having a kite festival. This was Macy's first real trip to the beach to play in the sand.  I was impressed that she didn't eat any sand.  

Happy Halloween

 We met Kinsley over at TJ's house and the 3 kids went trick or treating together.  They were so stinking cute.  It only took a few houses and they had it figured out!

 When most children get home they dump out their bags and rummage through the candy.  Not mine, they find boxes and play away

Escape Artist

It didn't take long for Macy to figure out the doggie door.  She loves to make her way over to the door and the steps.

Hurricane Irene

We were very lucky and did not get much rain and wind from the Hurricane.  But of course Lucy wanted to go outside and play in the puddles.  So she got geared up in her boots and coat and headed out to play.  

I love that Lando had to join her.  The dog that hates to be wet but can't stand to be left out!!

That night Jeff and I went to a friends Halloween party.  As you can see we went as Pez dispensers.  I was Minnie Mouse and Jeff was Batman.  Not too bad since we made them right before we walked out the door

Cow-lo-ween and School Party

A few days before Halloween we met up with the Wentz's at Chick-fil-a for their festivities.  The kids had fun because they had a blow up slide, hayride, candy and firemen.

Lucy's school has a Noah's Ark party that is the same as their Halloween party.  Macy and Savannah were ready for the fun

I guess it is time to child proof this house.  I love how she is in a onesie and there is a pumpkin towel hanging up.  I love the warm weather!

Pumpkin Patch

We took the girls to the pumpkin patch here in town which is just a church with a ton of pumpkins.  Getting both of them to look at the camera and actually look happy was way harder than I imagined.

Weekend Fun

Lucy has been asking for weeks to go fishing with Jeff.  So one Saturday afternoon it was high tide and Jeff took her down to our dock.  I think this fishing trip lasted all of 20 minutes.  They didn't catch anything but she still seemed to have fun.

 I love that it is the middle of October and she is wearing a tshirt and shorts

 That Sunday we went downtown for lunch and a trolley ride.  

 Then we came home and carved some pumpkins.  Lucy just took one of the tools and punched holes all in the poor little pumpkin
