Girls, Girls, Girls

I looked out the window and I see Lucy and Jeff mowing.  She thinks that her Daddy hung the moon. They are so cute together and he is such a wonderful Dad.  

   

  One night during bath time Lucy went a little bubble crazy

 Notice our fingernails.  She has them painted like the big girls where her ring finger is a different color.  This was during the olympics so they are red and white.  

 We went to the aquarium a few weeks ago.  There were way too many people and tourist that we didn't stay too long.  This is what Macy did during the visit

 After the aquarium we headed to lunch.  I had to include this picture because of how grown up Lucy looks.

 That evening while playing in the backyard Lucy was kind enough to share her swing.  Macy must have enjoyed it because she knocked right out!

6 Months!

It is crazy how fast my sweet little Macy is growing up.  She is such an easy going and happy girl. We are having so much fun with her and watching her grow each day

 She loves to eat fruit.  I put them in this thing and she goes nonstop chewing away.  

Boating with TJ

Lindsay and Brett invited us to go on the boat the first weekend in August.  We totally took them up on this offer.  Lucy had a blast riding the boat and then playing in the water and sand with TJ.  It really gave me boat fever and realize how much I miss having a boat.

Love these girls

One day before church I got Lucy to pose for me.  This is what I get...

 For some reason it doesn't fit yet!  HaHa

 I was trying to put Macy on a blanket(since the floor is covered in dog hair) but this is what happens.   She just rolls all over the place and sometimes takes the blanket with her

Ben's 5th Birthday

Ben had his birthday party at Monkey Joe's this year.  Lucy was so excited because this is one of her favorite places to play.

 So Lucy is trying to figure out how to use the water fountain and keep her hair out of the way.  It was pretty comical to watch!

July Randoms

The girls are now taking a bath together.  Macy just sits there and laughs at Lucy while Lucy gets in trouble for pouring shampoo on Macy's head.

Happy 4th of July!

This year we celebrated the 4th for two days.  On the third we went to Carolina Beach to watch their fireworks.  Lucy enjoyed watching the big fireworks but I think she was way more impressed with the ones the following night in our neighborhood.  We just set up chairs on the drive-way and watched for about an hour.  That was so much easier than driving anywhere!
