10 Months Old

My baby is now 10 months old as of yesterday! It is so hard to believe that a year ago I weighed a whole lot more and waddled when I walked due to all of my swelling(not my big belly).

Lucy is really becoming a little person. She loves to clap her hands especially when music is playing. She is so cute clapping her hands and dancing which is bopping up and down. Lucy will also wave to you. Typically it is not when you say hi and bye but a random time like changing her diaper or during lunch. She loves to give you five. Lucy will start giggling when she makes contact with your hand. We have worked on body parts as well. She knows ear and nose which she LOVES to pull and scratch both.

Still not crawling but it sure does make it a lot easier on me. We are working on walking since someone seems to be too lazy to crawl. We got her a walker which she love to move all over place. Once she gets her balance and moves her feet she is going to be all over the place.

It finally feels like Spring has arrived. Lucy and I have been getting out much more and enjoying this warm weather. I took Lucy and Lando for a walk which could possibly be the first and last walk for the 3 of us!

It has been a busy past few weeks. We have had lots of visitors and loving it. Stephanie, Matt and Holden came to visit the last weekend of February. Holden is a year old and that totally opened my eyes up to what is to come with Lucy. I told them that in about 6 months I am going to worn out by the end of the day. Then the following weekend Jeff's parents came down for a visit. We had a great time visiting and playing with Lucy. Two days later my mom came for a couple of days. Since it was warm we stayed on the go.

Lucy is now rolling over but can't figure out how to get back to her belly. She is eating baby food like a big girl. Lucy gets very excited when it is time to eat solid foods. She loves applesauce, green beans, squash and sweet potatoes.
