Little Lady Bug Lucy

So this was Lucy's first real Halloween. We didn't dress her up last year but this year she got to participate in the festivities. We took a few pictures at the house and then met up with our neighbors and walked around the neighborhood.

Checking out the pumpkin
Kinsley the bumble bee
Kinsley is trying to hold Lucy's hand. Too sweet. As you can see Lucy is not going to let go of Elmo.

This trick or treating is fun! She got a full size Hershey bar from our Shane, Buffy and Brooke. We gave some to her the following night and needless to say she loved it. Big shocker...our child would like chocolate. Earlier in the day Brooke brought Lucy over some twizzlers. Of course, she liked them as well.

Pumpkin Patch

A church on College Rd always has tons of pumpkins for Halloween. Last year we did not take Lucy for obvious reason so we headed over this year. She was in awe of all of the pumpkins. I am not sure she knew what to think.

Thanks Sam for the pumpkin overalls

Playing in the bouncy at Isabella's birthday party

Getting ready to go down the slide

This is chair that Paw-Paw and Nana got Lucy for her birthday. I had to move it out of our living room because she climbed in it all the time. She loves to sit in the chair and rock.

She loves to point at anything and everything.

5k-Race for the TaTa's

My neighbor Leah and I decided to start training and run a 5k. So we signed up for a race to be held on October 2nd to support breast cancer. It was so much fun running with her and all the other people for such an important cause. It was also pretty impressive for the 2 of us since neither have ever run 3 miles in our life. Currently we are talking about do an 8k in a couple of weeks but life has gotten in the way and we haven't had time to train. Will keep you posted on that one.

Leah and I after the race

It was a little chilly that day.
Here we come around mile 2.

Lets get started. If you look real close you can see me waving to the camera(my teal shirt helps me stand out)

Look what I can do

Sweet Baby. Her shirt is Lucy from the peanuts. Poor child is going to end up despising the peanuts.

A little Ham!!!

One night we were playing in Lucy's room and she thought it would be fun to climb in to her changing table. Now she typically pulls all the blankets, wash clothes and burp clothes out before she climbs in.

Lando's Doggie Door

What a silly girl...It did not take her long. Once she started crawling(sometime in August) she was working on the doggie door. She thought that flap was a lot of fun to push out. Before you knew it her hands were on the deck and she was working her way out. Poor little Lando is stuck these days either inside(restricted to the living room and Lucy's room) or being shut outside because of the piece that closes his door.
